Final release to accompany the book. Tested against Visual Studio 2012 RTM. Source synced with final version of book text.
- 12/8/2013 - Added new solution and projects for VS 2013 and upgraded Cartoonizer to use the new texture_view<> template. Removed separate Cartoonizer download, now part of All source code.
- 10/20/2013 - Source updated to compile with VS 2013. The solution and projects will automatically upgrade when opened in VS 2013.
